We are looking for a GEM Portal & Tender/Bid Specialist to manage our government e-marketplace (GeM) portal, non government tender submissions, and bid management activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the GEM portal, government e-procurement processes, and experience in preparing and submitting bids/tenders accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update company profile, products, and services on the GEM portal.
- Monitor tender notifications, identify suitable opportunities, and ensure timely bid submissions.
- Prepare, upload, and submit technical and financial documents as per tender requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect necessary information for tender participation.
- Ensure compliance with tender guidelines, government policies, and legal requirements.
- Track tender status, follow up on results, and maintain proper documentation.
- Handle post-bid clarifications, negotiations, and contract award processes.
- Maintain updated knowledge of GEM policies, procurement norms, and e-procurement portals.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Business/Management preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in GEM portal management, e-procurement, or tendering.
- Strong knowledge of Government e-Marketplace (GeM) procedures.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PDF tools).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
