Role Description The Tender Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process for instrumentation and metering projects. This full-time, on-site role based in Thane involves identifying relevant tenders, reviewing specifications, preparing technical and commercial bid documents, and ensuring timely submission. The role includes coordinating with sales, technical, and finance teams to gather required information, clarify scope, and finalize pricing. Daily tasks also involve maintaining tender documentation, tracking tender status, updating management on progress, and assisting in post-tender follow-ups and negotiations. The Tender Executive is expected to work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, compliant, and competitive tender submissions.
Qualifications
- Strong tender management skills, including document review, bid preparation, and compliance with tender requirements.
- Ability to analyze technical specifications related to industrial instrumentation and metering products.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with ERP or CRM systems.
- Effective communication and coordination skills for working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business, or a related field; experience in industrial or instrumentation sectors is an advantage.
- Understanding of pricing, taxation, and commercial terms commonly used in industrial tenders.
- Ability to work on-site in Thane and commit to a full-time schedule.
