Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tender Executive (IREPS) at our Noida location. The Tender Executive will handle tendering processes on the IREPS portal, including bid preparation, submission, and follow-ups, ensuring compliance with tender requirements. They will engage in documentation, maintain records, coordinate with internal teams for inputs, and manage queries related to tenders. The role also involves staying updated on procurement processes and maintaining a database of documents and timelines.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of Experience with tendering platforms like IREPS and knowledge of bid management processes
- Proficiency in documentation, record-keeping, and compliance with tender requirements
- Strong skills in coordination, communication, and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders
- Attention to detail and familiarity with government procurement processes
- Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Prior experience in the fire safety industry or a related domain is advantageous
