Role Description The Tender Executive – Interior Fit-Out is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves managing the end-to-end tendering process for interior projects, including reviewing tender notifications, collecting and analyzing project specifications, and preparing accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates. The Tender Executive will coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to gather technical and commercial inputs, prepare bid documents, and ensure timely submission of tenders. Daily responsibilities include maintaining tender trackers, following up on bid outcomes, supporting negotiations, and updating management on tender status and market trends. The role also requires maintaining organized documentation, adhering to company standards, and contributing to continuous improvement of tendering processes.
Qualifications
- Strong tender management and estimation skills, including experience in BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and cost comparison for interior fit-out projects.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), and familiarity with estimation or project management software used in construction or interiors.
- Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and fit-out processes, with the ability to interpret drawings, technical specifications, and site requirements.
- Effective communication, coordination, and documentation skills to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Prior experience in tendering or estimation for commercial or hospitality interior fit-out projects is highly beneficial.
- Professional integrity, willingness to learn, and readiness to work on-site in Hyderabad on a full-time basis.
