Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue government tender opportunities (GeM, E-tender portals, RFPs)
• Prepare and submit bids in compliance with procurement guidelines
• Build and maintain relationships with government stakeholders
• Track tender status, sales pipeline, and performance reports
• Conduct market research on government projects and policy updates
• Coordinate with internal teams (legal, finance, operations) for smooth execution

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in tendering/sales (government sector preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of GeM portal and tender processes
• Good communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
