Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue government tender opportunities (GeM, E-tender portals, RFPs)
- Prepare and submit bids in compliance with procurement guidelines
- Build and maintain relationships with government stakeholders
- Track tender status, sales pipeline, and performance reports
- Conduct market research on government projects and policy updates
- Coordinate with internal teams (legal, finance, operations) for smooth execution
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in tendering/sales (government sector preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of GeM portal and tender processes
- Good communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
