Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tender Executive, located in Jaipur. The Tender Executive will be responsible for monitoring and identifying tender opportunities, preparing bid proposals, and ensuring compliance with the tender specifications. Additional duties include maintaining records of tender submissions, coordinating with teams to collect required inputs, and optimizing the tendering process. The role also entails meeting deadlines, verifying bid documents, and building relationships with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing tender processes, preparing proposals, and working within deadlines
- Strong knowledge of compliance standards and ability to review and verify tender documents
- Organizational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, word processing, and documentation tools
- Understanding of government and private sector procurement processes is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
