Role Overview:
We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Tender Executive to join our Corporate HQ team in Gurugram. You will play a key role in our government and institutional business vertical -- managing end-to-end tendering processes and ensuring ZAKKAA remains competitive across high-value bids.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Identify and track government/institutional tenders on GeM, CPPP, and state e-procurement portals
✔ Prepare, compile, and submit complete tender documents (technical + commercial bids)
✔ Ensure compliance with tender specifications, eligibility criteria, and deadlines
✔ Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product teams for bid preparation
✔ Monitor tender outcomes and maintain detailed bid records
✔ Manage vendor/supplier documentation for GeM and government registrations
Who We're Looking For:
✔ 2-6 years of experience in tendering, preferably in manufacturing or consumer goods
✔ Working knowledge of GeM, CPPP, and state e-procurement portals
✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel); familiarity with e-procurement platforms
✔ Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
✔ Graduate in any discipline.
Note: The Background Should be In Home Appliances Products.
