Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi for a Tender Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process, analyzing project requirements, compiling and submitting bids, and coordinating effectively across departments. Additional duties include identifying new tender opportunities, maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring compliance, and developing strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in tender documentation, bids preparation, and compliance management
- Proficiency in conducting market research and analyzing potential opportunities
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Organizational and time-management skills to meet strict deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools
- Knowledge of tender portals and e-procurement platforms is a plus
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field
