Role Description The Tender Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The Tender Executive is responsible for identifying relevant government and institutional tenders, tracking tender notifications, and maintaining a calendar of submission deadlines. Day-to-day activities include collecting and verifying tender documents, preparing technical and commercial bid submissions, coordinating required approvals, and ensuring that all tender requirements and formats are met. The role involves regular communication with internal teams for pricing, product specifications, and documentation, as well as follow-up on tender status, clarifications, and post-award documentation. The Tender Executive also helps maintain accurate records of tenders, contracts, and related correspondence for compliance and audit purposes.
Salary range between -30 to 35 as per candidate last salary and experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in tender documentation, bid preparation, and compliance with institutional and government tender requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word), document management, and online tender portals or e-procurement systems.
- Ability to interpret commercial terms, basic contract conditions, and pricing structures, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and coordination skills for working with sales, finance, and operations teams, and for engaging with external stakeholders.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities, including handling multiple tenders, meeting strict deadlines, and maintaining orderly records.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, administration, or a related field; experience in healthcare or medical devices tendering is an advantage.
- Comfort working in an on-site setting in Delhi, with a proactive, ethical, and process-driven approach to work.
