Position: Tender Executive
We are looking for a detail-driven and execution-focused "Tendering Executive" to manage the end-to-end tender lifecycle—from opportunity identification to bid submission and post-bid support. The role requires strong ownership, discipline in documentation, and the ability to work across internal teams to deliver accurate, compliant, and timely bids, primarily for government and PSU projects.
This position is critical to maintaining a high bid-success ratio while ensuring process integrity and audit readiness.

Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (2–5 years) in tendering, bid management, or government procurement.
- Hands-on experience with government/PSU tenders is strongly preferred.
- Clear understanding of tendering procedures, eligibility norms, and contract structures.
Skills & Competencies:
- High attention to detail and strong document discipline.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with multiple parallel bids.
- Strong analytical skills for eligibility, risk, and compliance checks.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with tender portals and bid tools.
- Strong ownership mindset with ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
