Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar for the role of Tender Executive. The Tender Executive will manage the end-to-end tendering process, including identifying suitable tenders, preparing proposals, and submitting bids within specified timelines. The role involves coordinating with internal departments, ensuring compliance with tender requirements, maintaining comprehensive documentation, and following up on bid status. The executive will also analyze market trends and provide insights to improve bidding strategies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Tender Preparation, Bid Management, and Proposal Writing
- Experience in Research and Compliance Analysis
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Knowledge of procurement processes and e-tendering platforms
- Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field (preferred)
