🚀 We're Hiring: Tender Executive @ Recurrent Software
Are you a tender management professional who knows the full bid lifecycle inside-out? We're looking for a driven Tender Executive to join our growing team!
📍 Location: India (On-site / Hybrid)
🕐 Experience: Minimum 2 Years
💼 Type: Full-time
🔹 What You'll Do:
• End-to-end tender management — from identification to submission and closure
• Work across GeM, CPPP, state government, and private procurement portals
• Prepare bids, technical proposals, and commercial documents
• Coordinate with internal teams for compliant, deadline-driven submissions
• Track bid outcomes and contribute to bid strategy improvements
🔹 What We're Looking For:
• 2+ years of experience in tender/bid management
• Strong knowledge of GeM portal and other govt/private portals (CPPP, NSIC, eProcurement systems)
• Familiarity with RFP, RFQ, EOI, and BOQ formats
• Excellent written communication and organizational skills
• Experience in IT/software/technology sector is a plus
