Role Description
This is an entry level role. We are seeking a detail‑oriented Tender Executive who can manage the complete tendering cycle, vendor registrations, and company documentation. Over time, the role will also include basic digital marketing responsibilities, such as updating company profiles, managing online listings, and supporting content uploads.
This is a multi‑functional role suited for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling both documentation and digital tasks.


Key Responsibilities
Tender Management
  • Identify relevant tenders on government and private portals (GeM, e‑procurement, PSU portals)
  • Study tender documents and prepare summaries for management
  • Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids
  • Track tender status, corrigenda, and post‑submission updates
Vendor Registration & Compliance
  • Manage vendor registrations on PSU, EPC, OEM, and government portals
  • Maintain updated company documents, certificates, and statutory compliance
  • Ensure timely renewal of registrations and licenses
  • Coordinate with clients/vendors for documentation queries
Documentation & Coordination
  • Prepare letters, declarations, affidavits, and supporting documents
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records both related to tendering and otherwise
  • Assist in preparing capability statements, company profiles, and forms
Digital Marketing (Growing Responsibility)
  • Update company profiles on online platforms (LinkedIn, website, directories)
  • Upload product/service information on portals as required
  • Assist in preparing basic marketing content (posts, brochures, updates)
  • Support SEO-friendly documentation and online visibility efforts
  • Coordinate with external agencies (if any) for digital tasks
Required Skills
  • Strong command of English (reading, writing, and communication)
  • Good computer proficiency
  • Comfortable with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Able to manage emails, online portals, and documentation workflows
  • Basic understanding of internet research and online forms
  • Willingness to learn digital marketing tools (social media posting, website updates, online listings)
Qualifications
  • Graduate in any discipline (BBA/B.Com preferred)
  • Exposure to digital marketing is an advantage
  • Willingness to learn
