We’re Hiring: Tender Executive / Tender Analyst

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Tender Executive / Tender Analyst to manage end-to-end tender activities, including identifying relevant tenders, preparing documentation, and ensuring timely bid submissions across government and private e-procurement portals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze suitable tenders from government and private procurement portals
- Review eligibility criteria, scope of work, and tender conditions
- Prepare and compile technical and financial bid documents
- Submit bids on e-tendering portals such as GeM, CPPP, and other platforms within timelines
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect required documents and approvals
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, bid outcomes, and related correspondence
- Track tender results and manage post-submission clarifications
Required Skills
- Good understanding of tendering processes and e-procurement systems
Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PDF tools
- Effective communication and coordination skills
- High attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
Experience & Qualification
- Minimum 1 year of experience in tender documentation or bid preparation
- Bachelor’s degree in B.Com, BBA, or a relevant field
