Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cuttack for a Tender Executive. The Tender Executive will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and submitting tender documents and proposals. Key responsibilities include identifying tender opportunities, coordinating with internal teams to gather necessary documentation, ensuring compliance with tender requirements, and tracking tender results. Effective communication with stakeholders and maintaining accurate records of tendering activities are essential aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in preparing and submitting tender documents with attention to detail.
- Strong research and analytical skills to identify relevant tender opportunities and evaluate requirements.
- Effective communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of tendering processes, legal compliance, and contractual terms.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience in the logistics, supply chain, or related industries is a plus.
