Role Description
We are seeking a Tender Executive for a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad. The Tender Executive will manage the tendering process, including identifying relevant Tender, preparing tender documentation, and ensuring compliance with requirements and deadlines. The role includes coordinating with internal departments, performing cost analysis, and maintaining accurate records of all tender activities. The Tender Executive will play a key role in securing new business opportunities and ensuring well-executed bids.
Qualifications
- Expertise in tendering processes, proposal preparation, and Sourcing Tender Document.
- Strong analytical skills for cost analysis and vendor evaluation
- Proficiency in documentation, attention to detail, and compliance management
- Strong communication skills in Documentation.
- Experience with mechanical, electrical, or civil contracting sectors is an advantage.
- Proficiency in ADOBE Software, MS Word, Excel.
- Language Proficiency: English, Hindi,Gujarati.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
