Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tender Executive, based in Mumbai. The Tender Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end tender processes, ensuring compliance with tender requirements, and coordinating with internal teams to meet deadlines. The role involves preparing tender documents, reviewing terms and conditions, maintaining records, and liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of tender submissions. Additionally, the individual will monitor tender portals and identify opportunities aligned with the organization's interests.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of tender process management, document preparation, and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in research, data analysis, and report generation
- Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills
- Effective communication abilities and stakeholder coordination skills
- Proficiency in software tools, including Microsoft Office and tender-related platforms
- Critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
- Experience in a tender or procurement role, particularly in the medical or healthcare industry, is an advantage
