Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Tender Executive role based in Chennai. The Tender Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end tender processes, including submission of tenders, identifying potential bidding opportunities, maintaining tender documentation, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. This role involves ensuring adherence to all compliance requirements, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet timelines effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Tender Management, Documentation, and Bid Submission processes
- Ability to conduct Market Research and Analysis to identify tender opportunities
- Strong Coordination and Communication skills for collaboration with internal and external teams
- Attention to detail and expertise in Compliance with tender requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
- Qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
- Prior experience in tender management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus
