Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in India for a Tender Executive. The Tender Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process, including analyzing tender documents, preparing comprehensive tender submissions, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery. Additional responsibilities may include managing client communications, negotiating terms, and maintaining accurate documentation of processes and results.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in analyzing tender documents and preparing submission documents
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word,Pdf and document editing and preparation
- Familiar with computer operations and prompt engineering (AI)
- Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and client coordination
- Attention to detail and expertise in maintaining tender-related documentation
- Organizational and analytical skills to handle multiple projects effectively
- Familiarity with the gas and air systems industry is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field/diploma in computer is preferred
