Role Description
The Tender Executive role involves managing the end-to-end tendering process for advertising projects. Responsibilities include identifying tender opportunities, preparing and submitting tender documents, coordinating with relevant teams for costing and specifications, and maintaining accurate records of tender submissions. The Tender Executive will also liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure all requirements are met. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in preparing and reviewing proposals, tenders, and related documentation
- Strong research and analytical skills for identifying potential opportunities
- Effective communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines
- Knowledge in the advertising or marketing industry is preferred
- Proficiency in office tools and software for document preparation and reporting
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
