Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ludhiana for a Tender Executive. The Tender Executive will be responsible for preparing and submitting bids, managing bid processes, and coordinating proposal writing to support business growth. The individual will ensure timely and accurate tender submissions, maintain an organized workflow, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with requirements and deadlines. This role demands strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Bid Preparation and a thorough understanding of Bid Processes
- Strong skills in Bid Writing and Proposal Writing
- Experience with compiling and managing Tender Submissions
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all bid and proposal documentation
- Knowledge of the outdoor advertising industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
