Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and review tender opportunities available on the GeM platform.
• Analyze tender documents, including specifications, terms, and conditions.
• Prepare and submit tender responses in accordance with the specified requirements and deadlines.
• Liaise with government agencies and other stakeholders to address queries and resolve issues related to tender submissions.
• Keep abreast of updates and changes to GeM policies, guidelines, and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of tender submissions, correspondence, and related documentation.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management on tender activities, including successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in business administration, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
• Prior experience in tender management, preferably within the government procurement sector.
• Strong understanding of procurement regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in conducting market research and analysis.
• Knowledge of e-procurement tools and software.
• Understanding of government contracting processes and regulations.
