Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Tender Executive role based in Hyderabad. The Tender Executive will be responsible for managing and preparing tenders and bids, ensuring compliance with company and client requirements, and coordinating with internal teams to gather necessary data. Daily tasks include analyzing tender documents, preparing bid proposals, ensuring timely submissions, maintaining records, and liaising with clients for clarifications and updates.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of tender preparation, bidding processes, and compliance with legal and organizational policies.
- Excellent documentation, research, and report writing skills to compile and present bid proposals effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ERP tools or other relevant software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and liaise with clients.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to review requirements, identify challenges, and implement solutions.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure timely and accurate submission of tenders.
- Experience in the technology or IoT industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
