Job Description – Tender Executive
Position Title: Tender Executive
Department: Tender
Minimum Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma / Master’s Degree
Minimum Work Experience: 0–4 years in E-Tendering, GEM (bidding and price matching), and Tender Management
Role Overview
The Tender Executive is responsible for the comprehensive management of the tender process, from initial inquiry to final order acceptance and post-tender activities. This role demands strong knowledge of tender procedures, market dynamics, and efficient data management to ensure competitive bidding and successful contract awards.

Manage the entire bidding process, including reverse auctions (RA).

Requirements
- Conduct continuous research on tender opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities to identify and evaluate potential avenues for business growth.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all tender-related documentation, ensuring strict compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and tender specifications.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, technical, finance, logistics) to gather essential information and facilitate seamless tender execution.
- Perform detailed analyses of both successful and unsuccessful bids to extract best practices and pinpoint areas for procedural and strategic improvement.
- Assist in managing and nurturing relationships with key clients and relevant government entities involved in tender processes.
- Prepare and deliver regular, in-depth reports on tender status, outcomes, and market intelligence for management review and strategic decision-making.
- Proactively identify, propose, and implement enhancements to the tender management process to improve efficiency, compliance, and success rates.
