🔹 Job Responsibilities:
• Managing the complete end-to-end tendering process
• Handling GeM Portal operations and E-Tendering activities
• Searching, reviewing, preparing, and submitting tenders
• Preparing BOQ, compliance sheets, and technical documentation
• Vendor registration and documentation management
• Coordinating with OEMs, vendors, and internal departments
• Ensuring timely bid submissions and tender follow-ups
• Maintaining tender records, MIS, and related reports
🔹 Required Skills:
• Experience in GeM Portal & Government Tendering
• Strong knowledge of E-Tendering procedures
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation handling
• Ability to work on multiple tenders simultaneously
