Give Me Trees Trust is a not-for-profit organization actively working towards afforestation, biodiversity conservation, biologic carbon sequestration, environmental literacy and providing livelihood to local community. Our Organisation is now the largest tree planter in India. Give Me Trees Trust has PAN India presence. Swami Prem Parivartan aka Peepal Baba is the founder of the organisation. Our vision is to bring at least 50% of India under green cover and cultivate a love for flora and fauna. Our mission to increase the tree population and native tree cover of our country through plantation and maintenance.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Tender Executive who will be responsible for managing the complete tendering process, from identifying opportunities to submission and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Search and identify relevant tenders from government and private portals.
- Read and understand tender documents, eligibility criteria, and requirements.
- Prepare and submit tender documents within the given deadlines.
- Coordinate with different departments for required documents and information.
- Maintain proper records of all tenders (submitted, ongoing, and closed).
- Ensure all documents are accurate and complete before submission.
- Handle online tender submissions on portals like GeM, e-procurement, etc.
- Follow up on submitted tenders and track their status.
- Prepare reports related to tender activities.
Skills & Requirements:
- Good knowledge of tendering process.
- Basic understanding of government portals (GeM, e-tendering websites).
- Good communication skills (written and spoken English).
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).
Qualification:
- Graduate in any field (preferred).
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in tendering or similar role (preferred).
Salary:
25000 to 30000 per month
