Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tender Executive based in Mandideep. The Tender Executive will be responsible for reviewing and preparing tender documents, meticulous analysis of tender requirements, coordinating submission timelines, and liaising with relevant department teams. Additional tasks include preparing cost estimates, ensuring compliance with legal and technical documents, and maintaining records of all bids and proposals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be pivotal to ensuring successful tender execution.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Tender Documentation, Cost Estimation, and Bid Preparation
- Proficiency in Compliance Analysis, Contract Management, and Legal Documentation
- Excellent Organizational, Time Management, and Multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with procurement processes and government tendering is a plus
- Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
- Relevant experience in the construction or infrastructure industry preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
