Title: Tender Executive
Experience: 2-4 Years
Location: Noida, Sector 132 (Corporate Office)
(Preferred Pharma Experience)
Responsibilities:
· Get registration in each and every portal online; institutes/accounts majorly dealing with the company, etc.
· Search tenders online; take information from distributors; take information from Zone Managers.
· Identify our range of products with the help of Zone Managers.
· Go through the complete RFP / conditions of tender and make a brief / checklist.
· Coordinate with respective departments and give timelines to departments to complete the task.
· Compile all documents from all respective departments / samples, etc., wherever required.
· File / submit the tender before the due date.
· Check the status of each and every tender quoted on a weekly basis and inform the Zone Manager for further procedure and update the status chart.
· Once RC received or order received, share the order with respective departments and follow up for supplies for smoother functioning.
· Submit complete invoicing data on the online portals wherever required.
