🚀 We’re Hiring | Tender Executive / Procurement Specialist
📍 Location: STPI, Bhopal
🕒 Experience: 1–3 Years

Aroosha Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Tender Executive / Procurement Specialist to join our growing team. If you have experience in government tendering, procurement, vendor management, and OEM coordination, we’d love to connect with you!
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and evaluate tenders from GeM, CPPP, and other e-procurement portals
• Analyze RFP/RFQ/EOI documents and prepare technical & commercial bids
• Handle complete tender submission process within deadlines
• Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, compliance, and documentation
• Vendor sourcing, quotation management, and price negotiation
• Create and track purchase orders and procurement records
• Ensure compliance with EMD, PBG, GST, and tender eligibility requirements
• Follow up on bids, procurement activities, and delivery timelines
🔹 OEM & Documentation Coordination:
• Coordinate with OEMs for MAF (Manufacturer Authorization Form) and certifications
• Manage OEM relationships for timely authorization and support
• Obtain compliance sheets, product specifications, and related documents
🔹 Required Skills:
✔ 1–3 years of experience in Tendering / Procurement
✔ Knowledge of GeM, CPPP, and government tender platforms
✔ Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
✔ Good documentation and analytical abilities
✔ Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
✔ Ability to work under strict deadlines
🔹 Preferred:
• Experience in IT / Services / Infrastructure tenders
• Familiarity with bid compliance and OEM coordination
💰 Salary: As per industry standards
📍 Work Mode: In-person (STPI, IT Park, Bhopal)
