Job Responsibilities1. Tender Identification & Management
- Regularly search and identify relevant tenders through government portals, private platforms, and online sources.
- Maintain and update a database of upcoming and ongoing tenders.
2. Proposal Preparation
- Draft, compile, and submit technical and financial proposals in accordance with tender/RFP requirements.
- Prepare data sheets, annexures, and forms as per the prescribed formats.
- Assist in preparing company credentials, supporting documentation, and presentations for submissions.
3. Planning & Scheduling
- Develop tender submission timelines and ensure all documentation is prepared within deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to gather necessary information and inputs.
4. Financial Understanding
- Perform basic financial calculations including costing, pricing, and budget estimation for tenders.
- Support in preparing bid cost sheets and comparative financial statements.
5. Client Coordination
- Communicate with clients, consultants, and departments to clarify tender requirements.
- Ensure smooth follow-ups and accurate tracking of submissions.
6. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain systematic records of tender documents, agreements, and related files.
- Prepare periodic status reports on tender activities and submissions for management review.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of tendering processes, proposal writing, and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (mandatory); knowledge of Gujarati or additional languages is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with e-tendering portals.
- Ability to prepare data sheets, schedules, and financial summaries with accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work within strict deadlines.
Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in tendering, proposal writing, or project documentation.
