Key Responsibilities
- Identify relevant tenders from GEM, CPP Portal, defence portals, and government websites
- Prepare technical and commercial bid documentation
- Coordinate with drone, defence, and technology partners for project requirements, procurement support, and strategic collaborations
- Manage vendor and OEM coordination
- Track tender deadlines and bid updates
- Maintain tender records and documentation database
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Support government and defence project coordination
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and company profiles
- Coordinate for tender submissions and compliance documents
