Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing and Tender Manager located in New Delhi. The role involves managing the complete lifecycle of tender submissions, including conducting thorough market research, preparing proposals, and ensuring timely delivery of submissions. The candidate will be expected to develop and execute marketing strategies aimed at market analysis, customer acquisition, and client retention. Additionally, the role encompasses collaboration with internal teams to meet client requirements and adherence to regulatory standards, while playing a critical role in expanding the company’s market presence.
Job Reponsibilities
- Identify, review, and assess tender opportunities relevant to the company’s services/products.
- Read and understand the job/scope of tender/work, fill up the tender carefully with all the required documents
- Coordinate the preparation, drafting, and submission of tender documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with requirements. Gather information from various departments to create persuasive and competitive proposals.
- Maintain a database of tender submissions, track timelines, and manage submission schedules. Liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to clarify tender specifications and resolve any queries.
- Analyse feedback on submitted tenders and work to improve future submissions.
- Develop, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels to promote company products/services.
- Conduct market research to understand target audiences, industry trends, and competitor activities. Assist in the creation of promotional materials, presentations, and sales support materials.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and recommend improvements.
