Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tender Bidding Executive located in Bhubaneswar. The Tender Bidding Executive will be responsible for identifying and analyzing relevant tenders, managing the preparation and submission of tender documents, and ensuring compliance with all applicable requirements. The role includes coordinating with different teams to gather necessary data, maintaining tender documentation, tracking submissions, and ensuring deadlines are met.Must Knowledge GeM & Government Procurement Specialist also doing Back Offic works The ideal candidate will also actively engage with clients and vendors during the bidding process to clarify project requirements and expectations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in analyzing and preparing tender documentation and strong organizational skills
- Experience in vendor and client communication, and strong interpersonal skills
- Understanding of procurement processes and legal compliance for tender submissions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office tools
- High attention to detail and ability to manage tight deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Prior experience in the solar or energy sector is an added advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
