Role Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender & Bid Management Executive with 2 years of relevant experience in managing end-to-end tendering processes for Government and Private sector projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of GeM and other e-procurement portals, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to handle multiple submissions within strict deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze tender documents, RFQs, RFPs, and bid specifications thoroughly.
- Understand scope, eligibility criteria, compliance requirements, and submission guidelines.
- Prepare and compile technical and commercial bid documents as per tender requirements.
- Monitor portals such as GeM and other e-procurement platforms for relevant opportunities.
- Coordinate with Finance, Technical, Operations, and Legal teams for required inputs.
- Prepare pricing sheets, BOQs, compliance statements, and technical documentation.
- Maintain tender trackers, submission calendars, and documentation records.
- Ensure 100% timely submission of bids within deadlines.
- Handle tender clarifications and respond to authority queries.
- Follow up on submitted bids and maintain status reports.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of GeM Portal and e-procurement systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent documentation and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of bid compliance and tender procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Quick learner with adaptability to new processes and portals.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Commerce / Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Tendering / Bidding / Proposal Management.
