Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Tender and Procurement professional. The primary responsibilities include preparing and managing tender documents, conducting procurement processes, overseeing the evaluation of suppliers, handling contract negotiations, and ensuring compliance with purchasing policies. The person in this role will collaborate with internal teams and vendors to achieve cost-effectiveness and high-quality services or goods.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Purchase Orders and Procurement processes
- Proficiency in Supplier Evaluation and Contract Negotiation
- Strong Analytical Skills for decision-making and problem-solving
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and internal stakeholder management
- Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience in tendering and procurement roles will be considered an advantage
- Knowledge of relevant procurement regulations and best industry practices is beneficial
