Coiled Tubes Services Auxiliary

Purpose
|
|
|
Performs coiling of tubing as well as assistance on the coiled tubes process, in a safe and efficient manner according to applicable procedures, complying with defined quality standards.
|
|
|
- Executes change over and set up of the machine.
- Performs machinery and area equipment operation.
- Carries out and controls pipe coiling in the spool and spool HPU positioning.
- Identifies and controls key quality aspects of product for final acceptance.
- Applies inhibitor.
- Performs material packaging installation.
- Performs scrap evacuation.
- Performs accessory installations, replacements, material handling.
- Assists machine lock outs and tag outs and does operative maintenance.
- Identifies and interprets job instructions and activities from existing information systems.
- Updates information in the tracking systems.

Qualifications for the Job
|
|
- Heavy industrial and/or machine operator experience.
- Ability to work a rotating schedule that includes days, nights and weekends.
- Inspection/NDT experience is a plus
