To realise our vision we need an Insights Analyst to work across delivering actionable data-driven recommendations, measuring the impact of various initiatives, and identifying opportunities to support Temple & Webster’s roadmap and strategy through data. This role plays a pivotal part in collaborating with cross-functional teams in providing essential insights, and championing data-driven decision-making within the organisation.

What we’re looking for
The main responsibilities of this role include:
- Work closely with business stakeholders, delivering insights and data-driven recommendations to aid in the development and execution of their strategy and roadmap.
- Measure the impact of initiatives and identify further opportunities to support T&W strategy
- Leverage a large amount of customer and transactional data to provide a diverse range of analyses and insights
- Initiate proactive projects within and beyond the Data & Analytics realm
- Define and track critical metrics to ensure alignment with strategic goals
- Collaborate with Data Engineering & BI teams to create automated dashboards and uncover new data opportunities
What you already have
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience working with data and turning into actionable insights
- Ideally experience within an ecommerce or retail environment, however we are open to other industries and sectors
- Proficiency in SQL
- Experience in leveraging and analysing large customer and transactional data
- Proven experience developing insights through strong analytical and problem-solving skills, complemented by commercial acumen
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
- Ability to create dashboards that clearly convey results and outcomes
- Curious mindset, high attention to detail, and critical thinking
Desirable Skills
- Proficiency with Tableau
- Experience with Big Query and GCP environment
