Senior Developer - Core

We are looking for a Senior Developer - Core to join our team in London. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining core banking functionality within our award-winning banking software. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive customer success. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop core banking modules and components - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions - Implement best practices in software engineering, including code quality, testing, and performance optimization - Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers Requirements: - Extensive experience in C#, .NET, and SQL Server development - Strong understanding of core banking concepts and financial services industry - Proficient in object-oriented design, design patterns, and software architecture principles - Hands-on experience with agile software development methodologies - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
