Senior Business Consultant - Trade Finance

As a Senior Business Consultant - Trade Finance, you will be part of the Trade Finance team, responsible for providing subject matter expertise and implementation services to our international customers. You will work closely with the client teams, business analysts, and development teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver successful implementations. Key Responsibilities: - Understand and document end-to-end business processes, pain points, and requirements for Trade Finance solutions - Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications - Conduct workshops and training sessions with client teams - Ensure successful deployments and transitions to the client teams - Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations - Share best practices, solutions, and industry knowledge with the wider team - Contribute to the ongoing product roadmap and enhancement initiatives
