Program Manager

The Program Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating the end-to-end delivery of complex programs and initiatives aligned to TELUS Digital's strategic business objectives. This role works closely with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external, to create and execute on a program roadmap that delivers business value and enhances the customer experience. Key responsibilities: - Establish a clear program vision, objectives, and milestones to drive successful program delivery - Lead a cross-functional team to coordinate the successful delivery of multiple projects/initiatives across the program - Manage program risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery - Communicate program status, risks, and dependencies to key stakeholders - Facilitate alignment and decision-making across stakeholders - Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the program
