About the role

As a Crowd Manager, you will be responsible for effectively managing and coordinating a team of contributors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects. You will be responsible for managing the overall crowd management process, including onboarding, training, task assignment, quality assurance, and performance monitoring. You will work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure that the crowd team is aligned and delivering as per the defined timelines and quality standards. You will also be responsible for identifying and addressing any bottlenecks or issues that may arise during the project execution phase. Strong communication, problem-solving, and team management skills are essential for this role.
