About the role

The Contributor Community Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing a thriving contributor community for TELUS International's AI/ML projects. This is a critical role that will help drive the overall success of our AI/ML initiatives by fostering an engaged and enthusiastic community of contributors. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a community engagement strategy to attract, onboard, and retain contributors - Create and curate high-quality content to educate and inform the community - Moderate and facilitate community discussions, forums, and events - Identify and address pain points or roadblocks faced by contributors - Collaborate with the product, engineering, and marketing teams to align on community initiatives - Analyze community metrics and trends to inform continuous improvement Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in community management, preferably in the tech/AI/ML space - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with a diverse community - Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and the ability to discuss technical topics at a high level - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Familiarity with community platforms and tools - Passion for fostering vibrant, engaged communities
