Contributor - Community & Content

The Contributor - Community & Content will be responsible for contributing to the vibrant AI community through content creation, moderation, and community engagement. This role requires a passion for AI and a strong ability to communicate effectively, both in written and verbal formats. Responsibilities: - Contribute original content (blog posts, tutorials, videos, etc.) to the TELUS International AI community - Moderate community discussions and provide helpful responses to member questions - Engage with community members through various channels (forums, social media, email, etc.) - Collaborate with the broader AI team to identify content opportunities and community initiatives - Stay up-to-date with the latest AI trends and technologies to inform content and community activities Requirements: - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Familiarity with AI concepts and technologies - Experience in online community management or content creation - Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team - Strong organizational and time management skills
