Software Development Engineering In Test - III

Define, drive, and execute the test strategy for large-scale, high-impact projects. Design and develop scalable, reusable, and robust automation frameworks for Web, API, and Mobile platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure in-sprint test automation and CI/CD integration. Mentor and guide junior SDETs and QA engineers in best practices, frameworks, and coding standards. Continuously evaluate and improve test coverage, efficiency, and effectiveness across the stack. Work closely with DevOps to build reliable and scalable test environments. Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and architectural discussions from a quality perspective. Own test metrics, report bugs with detailed analysis, and track quality KPIs.
