About the role

TELUS Digital is looking for a Media Search Analyst to join our growing team in India. As a Media Search Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering high quality search results to support our media monitoring and analysis services. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and requirements, and use your strong research and analytical skills to provide them with actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive media searches across various online and offline sources to identify relevant content - Analyze and synthesize information from multiple sources to provide meaningful insights to clients - Work closely with clients to understand their evolving needs and requirements, and adapt search strategies accordingly - Document search processes and findings, and prepare clear and concise reports - Stay up-to-date with the latest media and industry trends, and continuously enhance your research skills Required Skills and Experience: - Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify, process, and summarize relevant information - Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using online search tools and databases - Experience in media monitoring, content analysis, or a similar research-oriented role - Attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines - Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with clients
