Data Partner Technical Writer

As a Data Partner Technical Writer, you will play a critical role in enhancing the clarity and quality of technical documentation for our global data partner integrations. You will work closely with our data partnerships team to create easy-to-understand, step-by-step guides that empower our partners to successfully integrate with our platforms. In this remote role, you will: - Research and fully understand our data partner integrations and capabilities - Collaborate with our data partnerships team to identify key documentation needs - Craft clear, concise, and well-structured technical documentation - Create diagrams, screenshots, and other visual assets to supplement written content - Proactively identify opportunities to improve and expand our documentation library - Ensure all documentation adheres to our brand and style guidelines - Provide responsive support and address partner feedback or questions To be successful in this role, you will need: - Strong technical writing skills with the ability to translate complex topics into easy-to-understand content - Experience working with data, APIs, or other technical products - Excellent research and analytical skills to quickly grasp new concepts - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Familiarity with content management systems and/or documentation tools - A collaborative mindset and willingness to work cross-functionally - Fluency in English; additional language skills are an asset
