Job Title: Telugu-Speaking Telecaller

Job Summary-
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telugu-speaking Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Telugu and be comfortable interacting with customers over the phone. The role involves making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, explaining products or services, and maintaining accurate records of conversations.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Communicate fluently in Telugu (knowledge of Hindi and English is an added advantage).
- Explain company products and services clearly and professionally.
- Generate leads and schedule follow-ups with interested customers.
- Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain daily call reports and update customer information in the CRM or database.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
- Fluent in Telugu (mandatory).
- Basic knowledge of Hindi and/or English is preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support is preferred but freshers can also apply.
