Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telly Calling Expert, based in Jaipur. The Telly Calling Expert will engage with potential clients over the phone to provide information on real estate properties and services. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, building relationships, identifying client preferences, and scheduling property visits. This role also involves addressing queries, maintaining client records, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.
Qualifications
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with telecalling, building client relationships, and lead generation
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of real estate markets and customer needs in real estate
- Proficiency in computer applications and CRM software is an advantage
- Ability to effectively handle client inquiries and provide professional assistance
- Prior experience in real estate, sales, or customer service is a plus
- Fluency in Hindi and English; additional languages are an asset
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate real estate leads
- Handle client inquiries professionally and provide property information
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties
- Follow up with interested clients and maintain regular communication
- Schedule property visits and coordinate with the sales team
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM or Excel sheets
- Build strong client relationships to increase conversions
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Good convincing and negotiation skills
- Experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer handling preferred
- Basic knowledge of real estate is an advantage
- Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and calling tools
- Positive attitude with strong follow-up skills
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
