Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telly Caller role located in New Delhi. The Telly Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, answering inquiries, providing detailed information about services, and generating leads. The role also includes maintaining accurate customer records, following up on leads, and ensuring high-quality customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate clearly and professionally over the phone
- Proficiency in customer relationship management and basic problem-solving
- Data entry and record-keeping skills with attention to detail
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple calls and follow-ups effectively
- Fluency in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus
- Customer-focused mindset and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in any field is desirable
