TND Listings (The New Door) is Mumbai's leading property management & real estate company managing 600+ properties. We specialise in NRI property management, leasing, rent collection, compliance, sales & portfolio reporting.
What you'll do:
→ Outbound & inbound calling (daily call targets)
→ Excel template management & data entry
→ Vendor coordination & follow-ups
→ Supporting the operations team
Who should apply:
✅ Currently enrolled students (any stream)
✅ Good communication in Hindi & English
✅ Basic Excel knowledge
✅ Enthusiastic & willing to learn
Stipend: ₹5,000/month + Performance Incentives
Working Days: Monday to Thursday (4 days/week)
